Turnaround times and shipping

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and made within 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We will make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and will advise as soon as possible of any potential delays in processing or dispatch. There is always the possibility of delays out of our control with shipping due to carrier error, volumes or technical issues. If you need some assistance, feel free to contact me. 


Do you offer Express Shipping? 

Yes, express shipping is available.
Please note, this does not speed up production time (which is up to 10 days), only delivery time.

If you would like a 'rush order' of 2 working days, this will incur a cost of $15.00. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check-out. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country, this will not be the responsibility of Evelet Designs. 

How long does it take for my order to get to me? 

Production time is 10 days, because it is all handmade by me! (Erin). Rest assured you're getting a high quality product, and even better it is 100% made in Australia by a small, mum-run business. 

Delivery time ranges an average 3-7 working days, but this will depend on the state you live. Check out current delivery estimates here.

I think my parcel is missing / lost / damaged, what do I do? 

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, or parcels damaged in transit. Once the parcel leaves our hands, it is out of our control. 

Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for contacting us with the correct address and we will invoice you for the new shipping costs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, if available, that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at eveletdesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number in the chat bubble on the Home page for shipping updates.
