Returns and Refunds

No refunds or returns except as covered by ACCC

Unless through my own fault, Evelet Designs does not accept returns or refunds on any product sold or for change of mind. Every item is made to order to the individual customer specifications and is handmade by me (Erin). In certain circumstances a refund can be issued within 24 hours minus associated transaction processing fees. 

As items are handmade you must accept that each piece will have slight variations. This is part of the beauty! This includes wooden stands that will show variations in colour, knots in the wood etc. I try my best to make sure everything is perfect, but I am only human :).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at erin@eveletdesigns.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Error in order (customer)

If you have incorrectly spelt names or words, or picked the wrong product/product variations, this will not be refunded or replaced so PLEASE be sure to proof-read your order and double check all parts. 

If you've already placed an order and realised you've made a mistake, contact me within 24 hrs with the email marked urgent. If I haven't begun production I will amend your order.

If I have made a mistake, I will wholeheartedly correct this by replacing as soon as I possible can. Send me a message and lets chat!
