All earrings are made from polymer clay unless stated otherwise.

I use high quality findings so earrings will either be gold plated or surgical stainless steel (316L) for extremely sensitive eards.

Read each product description for individual materials.

Important: If you have ordered a personalised acrylic item as well as earrings, all items in the order will be sent together. This means that it will be an up to 10 day production time whilst acrylic decor is being made.

If you are buying earrings alone, then turn around time is approx 2-3 business days.

Earrings are shipped with tracking Australia wide. If you have ordered an acrylic decor item then postage will be free for all earrings if its being sent to the same address.

Otherwise earrings alone are a flat rate of $6 for tracked postage.

There is a no return policy on earrings due to them being an intimate product.

Polymer clay is extremely lightweight but very sturdy and will not break easily (there is a degree of flex to the earrings). It will not matter if the polymer clay itself gets wet, but its recommended not to get earrings wet so they can continue to look their best for as long as possible.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Avoid getting jewellery wet
- Keep away from hairspray, perfume, lotions
- Store in a cool dry place

If you get any marks/makeup on the earrings, simply wipe clean with a baby wipe.
